The Fiscal Dance

It is a constant mystery to lots of people on how to build wealth, minimize tax, earn passive income, compound their earnings, use leverage carefully, negatively gear appreciating assets where appropriate and earn income other than by the sweat of their brow. The ‘dance’ is a mystery.

It is not taught in schools and rarely touched on at University.

They are out of step and out of the game.

So how do you become a dancer ?

” feeling the icy kick, the endless waves

Reaching around my life, I moved my arms

And coughed, and in the end saw land….” Mary Oliver

You need to find a ‘choreographer’ who can teach you the moves, develop the steps that suit you, change the tune if necessary and find partners that will show you what synergy means. These tutors usually come in the form of accountants and financial planners who have years of experience and wisdom most of which is not simply received….but rather gained through decades of dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty and turbulence.

Reaching your fiscal goals will take a mix of education, action and adaptability. You need to become a lifelong learner. Results will be hard won.

When you are ready for your first lesson give me a call on 0419925851. If I can’t help you I will refer you to a professional advisor who can.
