As an accountant, Donald MacNeil has assisted almost every type and size of small business, including wholesale fuel distributors, mine rehab contractors, farmers, hotels, mechanical repairers, trucking companies, bakers, fitness instructors,scaffolding companies, doctors, pharmacists, physios, fashion retailers, fine wood craftsmen, mill operators, newsagents, food retailers, financial planners, real estate companies, software companies and farm machinery dealerships.
He has reviewed mining companies, auto dealerships, schools, real estate firms, indigenous groups, not for profit groups, co operatives, legal firms, shire councils, worked in PNG reforming parts of their tax administration.
As a mentor, Don has assisted high tech start ups, secured angel funding, actively assisted corporate recoveries. As a forensic accountant, he has actively assisted in family law disputes to split the pool of assets. In pro bono work, Don has also conducted workshops for charities, schools, football clubs, indigenous groups, and a huge number of community groups in the South West of WA.
Bronwyn has been employed in a wide range of accounting roles in her career including financial controller, financial accountant, management accountant and auditor based in Australia, UK, Canada and Iraq. She started her career at Ernst & Young working for many years on audit teams for some of the biggest companies on the ASX.
